N Brown sells off Zendor
|
| In a move to focus its efforts wholly on the development of its home shopping activities, N Brown Group has agreed to sell its fulfilment division Zendor to GSI Commerce. The buyer is an ecommerce solutions provider headquartered in Pennsylvania which has its European head office in Barcelona. GSI will pay some US $7.9 million and, in addition to gaining the accounts held by Zendor, will use the facility to support the launch of some of its US clients in the UK as well as seek to take UK clients into the US and mainland Europe. |

Canadian group finalises Bounty deal

| Ontario headquartered digital media business Kaboose Inc has completed its acquisition of Bounty, the UK direct to parent marketing company. |

Nightingales acquired for £770,000
|
| It has been revealed that N Brown Group acquired the Nightingales womenswear business out of administration for a consideration of £770,000. The well established brand will add 150,000 customer names to the N Brown Group database as well as provide it with a well known upmarket brand. |

Hotter receives £21 million investment
|
| Gresham Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in multi-channel footwear business Hotter Shoes for £21 million. Hotter which has sales of £38 million targets the grey market via its catalogues and transactional website and also has four retail outlets. |

|
| Sector guru Don Libey will deliver The Multi-Channel Business Leaders Forum in London on March 5th for client side director level executives, business owners and major investors in sector businesses.
